Several different companies have made many different kinds of things, like trading card games and video games. The rights to publish the manga in English in North America and the United Kingdom have been given to Viz Media. In Australia, the rights have been given to Madman Entertainment. In 2004, 4Kids Entertainment licensed the anime for an English-language release in North America. In 2007, the license was canceled, and Funimation bought it. But this release never took place.
One Piece has been praised for its story, its artwork, its characters, and even its humor. Some of the volumes of the manga have set new standards for how books are published. They were the first books in Japan to sell the most copies. It was revealed on the One Piece manga’s official website that the manga has broken a Guinness World Record for “the most copies issued for the same comic book series by a single author.” Eiichiro Oda is the only creator of the One Piece comic book series.
